KKR Vs DC: Kolkata Knight Riders beat Delhi Capitals by 3 wickets in Qualifier-2 to reach the IPL 2021 final. Now Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders will meet on October 15 to win the IPL title.
The drama continued till the final in Qualifier-2, although the match sometimes appeared on the Kolkata court and sometimes on the Delhi lap, in the end, KKR won. There was a time when Kolkata’s victory seemed too easy, but the Delhi Capitals posed superbly at the end and that was the reason for the match to stretch overall. Kolkata needed 7 runs last time out and the responsibility of bowling fell on Ravichandran Ashwin. Ashwin, who has been in bad form all season, played superbly here and took two wickets. However, in the end, Rahul Tripathi hit a six off the last ball to give his team the win.

Iyer and Shubhman Gill are an amazing couple
Delhi bad hitting aside, Kolkata hitters did wonders while Shubhman Gill and Venkatesh Iyer did wonders once again. The duo had an early 96-run partnership, with Venkatesh Iyer scoring 55 off 41 balls. This is Venkatesh's third half-century in this IPL. Shubhman Gill played the role of anchor in the low-scoring match and carried the match to the end.
The Delhi team could not hit
Kolkata won the toss and elected to bowl in the qualifier-2 on Wednesday, inviting Delhi to bat. Kolkata turned out to be the right decision and Delhi hit badly. Delhi definitely got off to a good start, with Prithvi and Dhawan kicking in and the subsequent batsmen not being able to take advantage of it.
Shreyas Iyer and Marcus Stoinas gave Delhi a good start but could not collide fast. In the end, Shimron Hetmeyer scored fast, but he also got out, in the same way, the Delhi Capitals were able to reach 135 runs. The Delhi batting can also be assessed as the team played a total of 45 points.
